What psychotherapy do I practice?
The way I practice psychotherapy has been shaped by the different teachings and trainings I received throughout years, by the teachers and mentors that have accompanied me, and also by my own personal therapeutic process and the travels I have done.
I understand psychotherapy as a process in which the client and the therapist share a common objective, that is to achieve a greater well-being of the client. During this process, my task is to accompany you along the journey, providing you support and different points of view, so you can achieve a larger perspective on the situation that troubles you, to explore it with more depth and by activating you own resources, that you can find the solution that works best for you.
My approach to therapy is integrative, as I believe different currents answer to a given situation with valuable and unique perspectives. That is why I like to integrate the whole person in therapy, and be aware of the body, the emotions, the cognitive processes, the behaviour, relationships and the need for growth and transcendence.
Therapy is my passion, the encounter of two human beings in a supportive, respectful and trustworthy atmosphere, and from this passion I offer you my commitment to help you find what you are looking for. From overcoming emotional challenges like anxiety or depression, a break-up, a grief situation, or a vital crisis, to continue your self-discovery journey and working with your own character.
